Courtney is the owner and head trainer of The PAC Fitness Studio and was a former four sport athlete and college basketball player. She has a background in sports medicine and clinical research. Her goal is to help clients gain self-confidence and strength, see results, and achieve their fitness goals while being a positive mentor and motivator. She specializes in personal training, small group training, athletic development, and nutrition. When she is not training clients or teaching classes, she is helping her husband, Jeremy, run the club and manage their busy household of five children.

One on One Personal Training

If you need one-on-one motivation to get you on track to meet your health and fitness goals then personal training is the best option for you. Personal Training is designed to develop positive changes to your health, physical fitness, and overall well-being while helping you fall in love exercise and taking care of your helping. This is also a good option if you are new to exercise and need to learn the proper form and foundations of movement. The first session is a consultation to evaluate your current level of fitness and establish a baseline, or starting point, for your personalized programming, as well as gathering information about your health, overall goals, weight, and measurements. Nutrition and macro coaching is also included with packages.

PRICING OPTIONS:

2 Sessions Per Week: $110
3 Sessions Per Week: $150 (recommended)
10 Session Package: $500 (90 day expiration)

Small Group Training (2-4)

Maybe you are not the type that wants one on one training - that’s okay! This is a good option for you. Small group training helps you save money on the cost of a session AND you get to workout with your friends or significant other. This is a fun option for families and siblings, as well as friends who want to sweat together and have some friendly competition and motivation. All small group training workouts are programmed around the goals and needs of the clients just like one-on-one training. Nutrition and macro coaching is also included with packages.

10 Session Package: $320 Per Person
20 Session Package: $600 Per Person

One on One Athletic Development (18 & under)

Athletic Development is the way to go for kids under the age of 18 who are looking to take their game to a whole new level. In order to do that, we focus on the core components of physical performance: strength, power, speed, agility, stability, endurance, and flexibility. This well rounded programming helps athletes get stronger and faster while preventing from injuries.

2 Sessions Per Week: $90
3 Sessions Per Week: $120
10 Session Package: $450 (90 day expiration)

Monday - Friday: 11:00am-9:00pm
Saturday & Sunday: 6:00am-9:00pm
