Courtney is the owner and Director of Fitness for Prosperity Athletic Club and was a former four sport athlete and college basketball player. She has a background in sports medicine and clinical research. Her goal is to help clients gain self-confidence and strength, see results, and achieve their fitness goals while being a positive mentor and motivator. She specializes in personal training, small group training, athletic development, and nutrition. When she is not training clients or teaching classes, she is helping her husband, Jeremy, run the club and manage their busy household of five children.

Our nutrition coaching is designed to take the confusion out of eating well. With a focus on personalized macronutrient guidance, we help you fuel your body for performance, fat loss, and strength — while still enjoying the foods you love. No fad diets, just a sustainable approach that fits your lifestyle and delivers results.

Personal training client add on - $75 -
To help us provide the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask for 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions canceled within 24 hours will be charged in full or 1 session from your package will be removed.
All training packages are valid for 60 days from the date of purchase to ensure consistency, accountability, and progress toward your goals.
