The G.R.I.T Fitness Studio @ The PAC is designed to meet the needs of group exercise classes, personal training, and functional training workouts.
The studio features TRX trainers, kettlebells, resistance bands, medicine balls, ropes, and Concept 2 rowing machines.
Our certified trainers are available throughout the week to help our clients achieve their fitness goals. The staff even includes the only iTPA tennis fitness specialist in the area.
24 Hr Access
The PAC features a 24 hr access weight room on the second floor of the clubhouse. The facility features a full circuit of strength training machines, free weights, treadmills, ellipticals, and stationary bikes.
Members may access the facility by using their member code. The weight room is reserved for the use of members only and it is a great location for a private workout, or a warm up before a match on court.
